Group Movement Classes
A small group of students looking to go on a journey together of craftsmanship, self-discovery and mastery.
The classes are 90 minutes to 2 hours long. The goal is to expand as a human being, which means creating scenarios where we move through discomfort zones, both physical and mental. The result is developing a robust user manual for our bodies that allows for us to move through this world better, within a safe and supportive environment, surrounded and inspired by the collective.
Private 1-on-1 coaching
In addition to group classes, private sessions are offered for those that prefer an individualized learning and practice environment.
Sessions run 60 minutes to 2 hours. Here I will expose you to the same elements explored in the group classes, only difference are my eyes and heart are only focused on you. For some, this is good and even necessary! However, I recommend you still join the group classes as this is the bigger picture!
