This class is an opportunity to connect to our bodies and the present movement. To develop our physicality, explore our freedom, socialize and so much more. A wonderful starting point to movement practice.

Bent Arm Strength (BAS) — Mondays 6-7.30p

Upper body strength is so much more than pushing and pulling. Learn how to organize your body in more complex scenarios, acquire new skills and bullet proof your joints. Shift your perspective to gain new levels of strength.

Handstand + Mobility — Thursdays 6-7.30p

When strength, mobility and coordination arrive together, many things are possible. All levels are welcomed. Begin your handstand journey here!
